Cladding

	magicman have been involved with the contract repair of signage fixing holes when new signs are affixed. Opposite is an example at the Holiday Inn Express Newcastle. This work saved the expensive alternative of replacing the cladding.
	The corner of this building was hit by a lorry. The damage was repaired and resurfaced. The cladding was no longer available and the cost of replacement would have been both troublesome and more expensive. The colour difference is because the old panels have become discoloured with dirt and grime.
