Training and development

Magicman has developed a reputation for first class service, providing damage repair solutions that are precise, durable and entirely matched. Maintaining this reputation is our primary focus and therefore we invest heavily in training to ensure that all Magicman technicians are tutored to achieve the highest standard of repair and customer service. 

The Magicman training academy is located at our Brighton HQ. Here technicians spend a number of weeks being trained in damage assessment, the proficient use of our specialist tools and the application of our vast range of  fillers, hardeners, paints, lacquers and polishes. Once qualified all technicians are continually evaluated and attend supplementary training courses to ensure they are familiarised with new products and techniques.

We always congratulate our latest trainees on the Magicman Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages when they receive their certificates. Check them regularly for updates and photos.

We are following Government Guidance on the control of Covid-19 and take the health and safety of staff and customers extremely seriously. Our technicians are checked daily that they are safe to work and we do not attend any jobs where the customer has self-isolated.
