Bookings Go Ahead As Usual

Thank you for all your calls and messages. As we enter lock down again, we want to reassure customers that Magicman is still open for business and new and existing bookings are going ahead as normal. Magicman is an “essential service” and continues to operate within government Covid-19 guidelines, as we did throughout 2020, to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

Magicman provides a nationwide service. Repair technicians live and work locally to the jobs they are assigned. Our repair technicians wear masks and throwaway gloves. A rigorous Covid-19 risk assessment is carried out prior to any works. We do not attend where the customer is symptomatic, in self-isolation pending a possible or actual Covid-19 infection. Our central call centre is fully compliant with government guidance on Covid-19. Where possible our staff also work from home.
