Magicman launch YouTube Channel

One of our key aspirations since launching our social media pages was to start a Magicman YouTube Channel and we are proud to say we reached our target at last.

Video production wizards Luke and Evan at Brighton company Butcher's Hook have given us a great start with our first clip, though trying to explain in under 2 minutes what Magicman can offer was no easy task.

We thought it was important to use real members of staff in our video and be authentic. Many customers will have spoken to Louie or Amy which goes to show that we really do use experienced repair technicians to assess all customer enquiries.

Ashley, Ryan, Serge and Martin who are featured in the Magicman Academy have now completed their training and are helping customers with their repairs all over the UK. You may be amongst the thousands of people who looked at the photos on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn of them receiving their certificates.

Take a look at our first video and tell us what you think on Facebook or Twitter

Magicman are following Government Guidance on the control of the coronavirus (Covid-19) and take the health and safety of their staff and customers extremely seriously. All our technicians are checked daily that they are safe to work and we do not attend any jobs where the customer has self-isolated. When our technicians are attending, they are wearing throwaway gloves and masks as necessary.

Our call centre staff are all in the office as usual and available to deal with all enquiries and immediate bookings. We are currently trying to deal with all bookings as fast as possible and to attend and complete works within 48 hours if achievable. Our repairs are carried out with the minimum of disruption and items are often back in use within a matter of hours.

Please call 0345 458 1010 or email [email protected] as usual.
