Our Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protect personal data and how we implement that commitment with regards to the collection and use of personal data.

We are committed to ensuring that we meet our legal obligations in accordance with the rights of data subjects as laid out in the Data Protection Act 1998 and that we comply with the data protection principles listed below.


  1. Any personal data collected shall be used fairly and lawfully.
  2. The personal data we collect shall not be excessive but only what is necessary to meet our operational needs or fulfil legal requirements. 
  3. We will not ask for irrelevant and sensitive information that could be prejudicial if misused, such as ethnicity, religious beliefs or medical history.

  5. We have established appropriate retention periods for holding personal data and it shall not be kept longer than is necessary to meet our operational needs or fulfil legal requirements.

  11. A nominated officer has been appointed to be responsible for data protection compliance and provide a point of contact for all data protection issues.
  12. Queries about data protection, internal and external to the company, shall be dealt with effectively and promptly.
  13. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee of £10 will be payable.   1. All incoming and outgoing calls to landlines in our offices are recorded for quality and training purposes and for the protection of our employees and customers.
  2. Call recordings are paused and the customer notified during financial transactions to ensure that information such as bank account and credit card details are not captured.
